Shipping Policy

All items are shipped internationally from Japan using Japan Post.
We typically ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation and will provide a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery time is around 1–3 weeks, but it may vary depending on your country, region, and customs process.
All items are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that shipping delays, customs duties, and import taxes may occur depending on your location.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

After confirming the situation, we will accept the return and cover the return shipping cost.
Returned items must be unopened and unused.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations only before the item has been shipped.
Please note that a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
We cannot process cancellations after the order has been shipped.
